CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

The construction industry uses a variety of building materials for different aspects of a home build. Architects consult with structural engineers on the load-bearing capabilities of the materials with which they design, and the most common materials are concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and stone. Each has different strength, weight, and durability, which makes it right for various uses. There are national standards and testing methods that govern the use of building materials in the construction industry, so that they can be relied on for providing structural integrity. Architects also choose materials based on cost and aesthetics.

1. Plaster Boards

High-tech sheets of plaster in the middle and cardboard on both sides are used as suspended ceilings, partitions and drywalls for system solutions in interior spaces.

Gypsum Board systems, in terms of design flexibility, have a reliable solution network to meet the needs of the space.

Original lightweight partition drywall systems, which are an industrial production, are compatible with all building models with cost-effective multi-purpose solutions.

2. Podwer Plasters

USAGE  AREAS

It is a hand-applied finishing plaster for all surfaces indoors.

PREPARATION and APPLICATION

Before applying Machine Plaster on the surfaces; Should be protected from water and moisture No risk of freezing Must be of sufficient dryness Application surface must be clean, free from dust, oil and dirt. The environment and surface temperature of the application must be at least +5 ° C. The machine to be used in the mixing process must be clean every time it is used.

3. White Cement

USAGE  AREAS

It is a special white cement used for decorative and aesthetic purposes in the space.

4. Metal Products

USAGE  AREAS

It is used for different constructive purposes in many sectors to provide the construction and manufacturing sectors.

5. OSB

DIRECTED CHIPBOARD

Oriented chipboard chipboards are wood material resistant to moisture and impact. OSB is applied as a roof and wall covering material especially in America and Canada due to its flexible structure and decorative appearance. OSB can be called wood-based board, which is produced in a standard size of 122x183 cm.

6. Glass Wool

Glass wool is a thermal insulation material and is used in many places.

It is formed as a result of melting locally supplied inorganic raw materials at 1200ºC - 1250ºC and turning them into fibers. It can be produced in different sizes and technical specifications according to the place and purpose of use, with different coating materials, as mattress, plate, pipe and cast. It also provides fire safety with thermal insulation, sound insulation and acoustic arrangement.

7. Rockwool Plate

It is a specially produced uncoated rock wool board in accordance with TS EN 13500 and is used for thermal, sound insulation and fire safety in plastered exterior insulation systems.

8. Constructions Chemicals

-Plaster Primers

Plaster Primer; water-based, acrylic emulsion-based, transparent, ready-to-use plaster surface primer. It is used on very absorbent and dust-emitting surfaces such as gypsum, satin gypsum, gypsum board, aerated concrete, lime, low quality plastic painted surfaces and poor quality plaster.

9. Constructions Chemicals

-Ceramic Adhesives

Ceramic adhesives are the general name of the mortars used to bond materials such as tiles, granite or ceramic to various surfaces indoors and outdoors.

10. Laminated Flooring

Laminated parquet: It is a wooden flooring product produced by laminating 3 different wooden layers containing 100% wood at opposite angles to each other. Top layer: It is the most valuable layer that gives the appearance of laminated parquet. More valuable tree species are preferred than other layers.

11. Taps

Good faucet, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. It should have properties, not be afraid of oil smoke erosion, extend the life of the faucet; and beautiful and faucet style should also match the kitchen decoration style, making the general space more beautiful and harmonious. With the continuous development of faucet manufacturing process, stainless steel faucet is greatly resistant to corrosion, oxidation, easy cleaning, antibacterial and secondary pollution caused by heavy water, both in the professional field and the general consumer.
